Retail shop · Th. Hirilandhoo · Live since August 2026
An island general store that swapped an offline till for one online system, with sales, expenses and a Profit & Loss that shows how each part of the shop is doing.
What we set up
- Odreca point of sale with accounting, purchasing and sales in one system, fully online
- Product categories mapped to their own accounts, so hardware, food and drink, and household goods each show their own performance
- Business expenses entered directly, with a Profit & Loss report on demand
- Receipts with a Tax Invoice header and the shop’s TIN
- Cash, card and bank-transfer payments, with a reference field for transfers
- Product list and barcodes imported; till and invoice printing set up
- MIRA-ready GST reporting
- Nightly encrypted offsite backups, monitored through shop hours

Carpentry workshop · HDh. Kulhudhuffushi · Live since September 2026
A carpentry workshop that builds furniture to order, with the timber it buys, the pieces it makes and the deposits it takes all posting to one set of books.
What we set up
- Accounting, purchasing, sales, inventory and manufacturing in one system, fully online
- Manufacturing in its lightest form, with a bill of materials per piece and no work orders or routing
- A confirmed customer order creates its manufacturing job and its delivery automatically
- Materials and finished pieces valued separately, so each piece carries the cost of what actually went into it
- A deposit invoice when the order is placed, and a final invoice on delivery that deducts it
- Deposits held as customer advances until the piece is delivered
- Material cost and margin visible on each quotation, on the workshop’s side only
- Expense accounts for utilities, electricity, water, transport, maintenance and subscriptions
- Nightly encrypted offsite backups
